Mrs.H.Lakshmi Priya is an Independent, Non-Executive Director of our Company. She was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on September 02, 2020.

She graduated with B.A. LL.B (HONS) from National las School of India University, Bangalore in 1996 and is a member of the Bar council of Maharashtra and Goa since 1999. Lakshmi has over two decades of experience in general corporate advisory, contract documentation, private equity and venture capital, cross border mergers and acquisitions and foreign exchange control matters. Lakshmi specializes in devising entry strategy, governance aspects and corporate restructuring. Expert in drafting and negotiating varieties of commercial contracts and has advised on issues on general corporate matters and other related laws.
